A muffled noise aroused Inspector Innis P. Hector from his
bed at 2 A.M. one morning last week. Investigating outside, he
discovered that he had scared off a would-be arsonist who was attempting
to set fire to the Inspector's house. The three suspects shown above
were rounded up the next day: one of them is guilty. From the things
left behind in his hurried get-away, can you identify the culprit?
